Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SPCL Apps (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• arrow_rightAttempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• arrow_rightShare your account credentials with others
• arrow_rightReverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• arrow_rightUse the Service to transmit harmful or malicious content

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

4. Custom Development & Physical Hardware

Custom app development projects are governed by a separate statement of work agreed upon before work begins. Physical Mac Mini deployments transfer hardware ownership to the client upon delivery and final payment. Location hosting services are provided month-to-month and may be terminated by either party with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SPCL Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom apps built for you become your property upon final payment as specified in your project agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

SPCL Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
